Then launch the game and before loading your save, go to the “new content” tab of the main menu. Yes Automatron is in the list, that's okay but otherwise you might need to restart your console. Once in the game, you will need to go through the intro sequence (i.e., leaving Vault 111) or load a save. In either case, the mission will be added to your Pip-Boy's quest list.
